Exciting News: Our New "Before & After" Page 🎉
Sometimes pictures say more than anything I could write here.
Since founding Arwendayle, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside so many women who have struggled with their hair for years. Women who hid away, avoided photos, and no longer quite felt like themselves.
And then came that moment when they tried on their first crown — and suddenly, there was a different face in the mirror. Not because they became someone else, but because a part of themselves that had been hidden for so long finally showed again. So many of you have shared heart warming accounts of your profound reaction to the transformation during the beginning of your crown journey.
I’m often asked: “Is transformation really possible? I’m already ___ years old. Should I even try changing my look again?” Or: “I don’t dare. My close circle knows I’m unhappy with my hair, but even though I am tempted, I do not "need" a crown. Should I try?”
These questions, and many like them, led us to create a new page in our shop: a gallery of Before & After photos. There you can see just how remarkable these transformations can be. Sometimes quiet and subtle, sometimes truly dramatic — but always powerful.
For me, the most beautiful part isn’t even the hairstyle or the fullness of the hair. It’s the change in the eyes. The radiant smile that wasn’t there before. That small breath of relief: “Oh, I can look like this too.” Or: “Ah, there I am again.” This is why I founded Arwendayle. This is why I started this mission I am so passionate about.
I hope this page gives you courage and inspiration if you’re still unsure. And I hope it shows that this is not about vanity, but about something much, much deeper: the joy of being able to see yourself again.

We’ll keep adding to this page, and of course we’d be honored to include your own magical Before & After transformation.
